Our email address is murphydevelopmentrent@gmail.com. Our fax number is 920-337-0778. A proper notice to move is a 45 day written notice so the unit becomes open on the first day of the month.

Please fill out application entirely and mail or drop it at our office located at 780 Parkview Road in Green Bay, Wisconsin. If you have any questions, feel free to call our office at 920-337-6373. We will make a decision based on the location of your apartment whether or not a satellite dish will work for your unit.

Please fill this out and return with Earnest Money of $800.00 & $25.00 Non-Refundable fee to main office for approval.

Please complete the attached document in full and return it to our office at your earliest convenience. Please note that all parties listed on the lease must sign the document in order for it to be reviewed and approved.
